"I've used Square Trade for a while now, and have made multiple claims, since I had a large collection of VHS to convert to DVD. DVD recorders, I have found are particularly fragile, and seldom last for more than a few months of daily heavy use. Therefore, I generally purchase extended warranties for them. "Square Trade Warranty was everything they advertised and at a low price for a warranty, that the retail stores wouldn't have been able to touch. When I did experience a problem with my merchandise, the return and repair process was very smooth and easy. The review was conducted very quickly and my claim was adjudicated and paid out very quickly. Overall a good experience and a good value for warranty coverage, not available at retail stores, at a comparable price."
