it was very simple. Guided me all the way. Just bought another plan for a different item that I purchased. Hoping I don’t have to use it but knowing that I am covered.
Since it was a lithium battery related item there was some initial confusion that I will take some credit for regarding shipping but once that was worked out the resolution of the issue was resolved very quickly and easily. Would recommend this protection plan to everyone. Customer service was very good.
I was expecting it to be a hassle with my TV. I called and explained how my picture went out. Instantly they said it's covered. I took a video of the problem and it was approved. Within a day they were working with me on a new TV, helping me because I wanted a specific type. A day later it arrived. It took 4 days from my initial call until I was setting up my new Roku TV. I'm very pleased and happy I got the protection plan, they are indeed worth it.
I was in Spain when my watch died. I file the claim on line and instantly I received a response. Two days later my new watch was sent home because I wasn't home , I couldn't try but I got back yesterday, my new fitbit was waiting for me. Thank you.
The rep I spoke to was clear, helpful. And NICE. I had 3 yr coverage for $13 to replace $150 Smart TV once it malfunctioned. They offered and sent me a different brand, but it was 8" larger and a suitable enough replacement. Thank you.
