Had a little miscommunication at first but agent was very helpful and patient with as I'm not a tech savvy person.
My claim was handled quickly and professionally!
After running through all the steps to try and resolve the issue with my TV without solving the problem the immediately started the replacement process. Within 2-3 days I received my new TV.
My cell phone stopped charging and the charger got very hot. I called the Allstate customer service and they gave me the option to either mail it in for repair or take it to the local shop. I made the mistake of taking it to the local repair shop because I thought it would be more convenient and faster. The local shot is/was terrible, incompetent and a very poor option. I usually have to get myself together before doing things like this, but this was very easy and simple to do. Got my replacement in 2 to 3 days.
