Since they could not repair my smart phone, they immediately sent me my payment price of $199.99 to my paypal account. I highly recommend this service for any electronics! "This is the second time I've had to actually use a warranty I've purchased through SquareTrade, and again, I am SO thankful that I did this. I purchased a really nice front-load washing machine last spring from Lowe's, and the locking mechanism in the door failed, placing my washing literally on Pause.
