"I Had a fantastic experience. I purchased a square trade warranty. My product gave up the ghost just abought 2 months, and 2 weeks after purchaseing it. I contacted square trade, and there was no hassle. I am sure glad I purchased there warranty, because there was no recourse with the seller. Thanks Square Trade, I will be sure and purchase again, Sincerely, one satisfied customer."

"I had boughten 3 warranties in the past from Squaretrade and never had to make a claim. I bought a Flatscreen 42" and noticed a problem in the screens appearance, made the claim and they reimbursed me the purchase price within 1 business day. I could not believe the turn around time. But I will most definitely but warranties from them again."

I was given 3 choices and none are the same quality as the one I purchased. And now the one we accepted as an exchange is not holding a charge. I'm not even sure how to go about exchanging the replacement now!

I submitted my invoice/bill for the full Amount and there was a deposit on $50 on the bill. I was reimbursed the amount minus the $50 which is part of the total amount. I called and I still have t heard from anyone from Allstate protection plan.

Laptop screen cracked with laptop sent for repair. Laptop came back but screen wouldn't turn off. At this point, SquareTtade should have reimbursed for full cost, instead of having to provide repair receipt.

I was not sure that the samsung tv would last being that it was a cheaper model! So i purchased the allstate 3 year protection plan just in case! within 2 years tv had a black line in it. So i filled out some stuff online for allstate and called sent pictures and from there they give u an option to pick what kind of tv replacement u may want to have. pretty simple, but unfortunate that i cant add a extended warranty with it..

I had to talk to two associates in order to get my issue resolved and Allstate hasn’t sent my refund check still and they emailed me they would last week.

Customer service was terrible. Numerous representatives could not give me a tracking number until TV was already delivered.

Having to call or message multiple times to even get response that I shouldn't have to pull teeth to get. Still don't have my money, still don't know if I will even get it. I will be asking for a refund on both my plans cause why did I even pay money if you won't even honor the purchase. This is extending to all Allstate plans, been a customer since I was 16 and this is how you **** treat me!
