Bought a 5 year insurance plan with refurbished Imac from Walmart for only $77. Imac failed in first year. All State paid almost $600 to fix my $800 computer. 4 more years to go...

1. Per phone conversation with agent, there was no repair needed, we simply had to turn off refrigerator and leave doors open for 24 hours. We did this, and 24 hours later the refrigerator again leaked on the floor. 2. Repair visit scheduled via email. 3. New email stating repair visit to be scheduled when parts shipped to us. I am extremely disappointed with how my furniture claim was handled. After paying for coverage, you completely failed me when I needed you most. My dinning four chairs had damage and despite providing all the required documentation, photos, and proof of value, the claim started off well with no issues. But you failed to send someone to repair and declared not repairable. In the end, you refused to pay what the chairs were truly worth you send a check for a low amount (for two chairs) that didn’t even cover replacement costs.... read more

When I called initially, it took 36 minutes to get an appointment. When I was assigned a technician it took four attempts to actually get somebody to actually do the service. There was one time that person came and rang the doorbell and stood there for eight minutes when I checked my camera and never knocked during that eight minutes again or called me. I am hoping if I continue to use this insurance that I do not get the same company that they sent for my ice maker. I wish that when they hire somebody they had parts when th... read more

They seem not to have any product information as they sent potential replacements that were not even compatible, usually $20-$30 cheaper than what I purchased. I ended up having to request a refund and come up with an additional $12 to replace my product without this ridiculous insurance coverage. They attempted to contact after the review was posted trying to explain how I received excellent customer service. I've had multiple issues. They said that they will replace my juicer. And they never did. It's gone back into like. Nuff like I never filed a claim. And then I have 2 beds that are not inflating. The app button off the I've bought all these insurance plans. And they're not working and then I bought 3 extra insurance plans that I didn't need to buy because when you trade something in you're supposed to still have the insurance and they made me buy insurance on the. Item again bad advertisement.

Told my gift card was set to my email . Did not receive it . Tried customer service . They said I had the wrong company . I used the number in my warranty for Allstate .i waited 30 minutes to explained my situation . They couldn’t help me either . Email company waited for reply
