They did give me my money back for my faulty dehumidifier. But, I had to pay for shipping and handling.
I had a great experience with my plan. My daugter’s screen for her iPad shattered. I shipped it out to them and received it back in within 2-3 days which was impressive considering they are based on the other side of the country.
