2 year old ONN TV purchased from Walmart was experiencing screen issues. After performing trouble shooting measures with Allstate representative by phone, it was determined that the TV needed to be replaced. I received a brand new (not refurbished) TV in less than a week! I highly recommend the Allstate protection plan.
