The procedure is very easy . The response is quick.
Every thing went well during our process and Allstate did every thing they said they would and were prompt and very helpful getting thru the emails and phone conversation if I had a small complaint it would be that their English language speaking abilities left something to be desired. All together it was a good experience and have used their warranty on several different items and appliances I would definitely recommend them and I give them a full 5+ stars
My faulty appliance was promptly reimbursed so I could order a replacement.
