This was an easy process to complete claim form, mail the laptop in for repairs and have it returned very quickly to me . Purchasing this warranty was a great idea as younger kids sometimes use laptop .

Failed QRevo charging station - base stopped emptying trash after 4 months. Unit returned postage paid, base unit tested and was found to be unrepairable. No replacements available. Allstate refunded original price wihin one day. VERY HAPPY!
