Agent was very professional relative to the problem I was having with a defective product (not manufactured by Allstate). I of course had the two-year Allstate protection plan. Taking their plan was money well-spent. More importantly, Allstate did not look for the tall weeds when a problem arose. I would highly recommend Allstate for their services.

The service center was professional and conscientious with multiple points of contact (phone, text, email). They expedited the appt and also sent the parts ahead of time. The technician Benny was very knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned up the area after service and was clear in his follow up instructions, should we have any issues after the service, etc. I highly recommend Allstate and Square Trade.
Glad I added insurance coverage for the purchase. Turned out well as the chair broke and could not be repaired/replaced. Ended up with my money back. Claim and recovery process was pretty easy. Just takes time.
I got a replace item in a fair amount of time.
Not much to say so far I’m still waiting for the parts to come in so my chair can get fixed after that I can give a real experience

I purchased a gas hedge trimmer and bought the protection plan. I received the trimmer but could never get it to start. I called the plan number and explained my problem. The agent said that they plan would refund my purchase price and I could keep the trimmer. I was out for the shipping and protection plan cost and I still didn't have a working trimmer. At no time did anyone provide me with a repair option. All I wanted was a working trimmer.
