It took me a week before finally speaking w a person on the phone who was able to process my claim through in under 30 min where I was on chat for hours with the others that just kept giving me the run around. I’ll never purchase the plan again. I paid for 2 yrs only to be told the new replacement item Wouldn’t be covered the remaining yr I had already paid for but would have to buy a whole new policy. Fast service , Fast Resolution to problem, very professional
I was unable to use my MacBook without it being plugged in. Called and explained issue. Allstate checked my computer and was able to say it was a battery issue. Printed label and mailed it in. Received it back in less than 10 days at no cost and MacBook is doing great! Five out of five stars for sure!
My daughter had her video player malfunction. We sent it in & it was repaired & promptly returned to us. She was so excited to get it back for long trips in the car. Very simple process.
