This was an interesting experience, that in the end worked out fine. After several calls, in getting the process initiated I received the email saying that parts were ordered and shipped. Followed almost immediately by an email saying that parts had not been ordered and that more diagnosis would need to be done prior to parts being ordered and shipped. I expected a lot of feet draging. It was an easy process. A few questions and it was all done. A new tv was going to be shipped to me. I would definitely recommend getting this warranty co.
took way to long to resolve this claim, had a text out within three days that I called, determination from Appliance Tech same day, took three more weeks to get resolve, Allstate stopped contacting me for 9 days, no email no contact, I had to call, not good.
I Am waiting too many days for decition.
