The battery on my cell phone had the tendency of possibly exploding. The agent I spoke with was patient and walked me through the entire process. She gave me reassurance that my claim would be handled quickly and professionally. I'm very happy with the process.

Some of the requirements for filing a claim were not easy to understand and accomplish. Some of All state's responses were confusing. The agent I talked with on the phone said I had to upload the receipt for the computer that was to be serviced for repair. This I did and received and received an email saying the receipt had been received by All state. Yet the agent continued to tell me to upload the receipt. Confusing to say the least. Had a great warranty experience!!! It was quick and easy to claim. Had that same day and ordered a replacement
