Execllent service. They couldn’t repair so the replaced with a check.
Was originally told that they would ship a replacement after selecting it for my earbuds, it took about a week of emailing back and forth before I was finally told they would be mailing a check about 12 days after filing the claim. The check came the following week. Luckily the ear buds weren't overly expensive so I bought another set and about 5 days after that, the check showed up. Overall, not bad. I am still waiting for parts to be sent. Fed x listed a label was create on the 6th but they have not receive the package for shipping yet. I have received two small packages but not the large one with most of the parts

Was easy to go the web site find input information on your item make sure you get your receipt that’s the hard part. Then when verifying product was easy serial number wasn’t hard to find .
I took a fall and broke my glasses and scratched one lens. I was ready to plead my case with Allstste. Great news, no pleading. I simply gave them the information they needed and I was approved for new glasses immediately. The easiest claim I have ever made.
