My battery started leaking on my Shark vacuum. I called to file a claim, they wanted me to mail it back but Fed X nor UPS would transport it due to the battery leaking. Once I let Allstate know about this they immediately sent me a gift card for WalMart so I could purchase a new one. I did. Thanks

Spoke with a handful of professionals that were informative and understanding. With their help, I was able to get a full refund for defective merchandise.
Everything Went smoothly. No major incidents even when I had to change the method of getting it fixed.
