Everyone that came to my house was professional, explained everything thoroughly and were friendly. When the fridge wasn't able to be fixed, I was refunded my money with no problems. Would buy a warranty from allstate again.
Allstate was unable to get the replacement parts that I needed for my Hoover, so they reimbursed the total price I paid for it. So now I have a nonfunctioning vacuum and am not out any bucks. It would have been nice to have the vacuum cleaner repaired. But it was a good deal.
Thanks so much for the prompt service and quick turnaround! So appreciated. My iPad keyboard & case wasn’t working as the case itself had problems. Allstate replaced the case with a new one and thoroughly tested everything before returning. Thank You!

I paid for this service at my local Wal Mart. My watch battery died. I submitted a claim and got a new one. It was so easy to check the status and get it repaired. In and out. Loved it.
