He used it while on his computer for collage classes, so it was used a lot. The chair developed several issues and was not able to be used. This is the VERY BEST PROTECTION PLAN I've ever purchased. They were exceptional knowledgeable and so helpful to resolve this issue, especially regarding my age. I will ALWAYS purchase these plans thru Walmart, because they simply take care of you and your needs. THANK YOU, ALLSTATE, YOU WERE SPECTACULAR!

Although it was a rocky start (as Square Trade wanted us to diagnose the problem with the LG French Door refrigerator before they sent a repairman by pulling out the fridge from wall and disconnecting it going through a certain procedure!) Imagine doing this by a 74 year old senior citizen! I couldn't even put my arms around the front of the refrigerator!
