My printer suddenly refused to print just as I was readying to go on an auto trip and needed to print out some important papers for my Executor. Although he first requested I unplug my computer and the plug was at floor height under my desk, requiring me to get on my knees on a tile floor.. I live alone and am nearly 89, finding it difficult to arise from floor height, so he went the extra mile and gave me credit for my printer in the form of a Gift Card.

I have bought several of these plans over the years for various items. I had purchased one for a reclining chair I bought for my son. He used it while on his computer for collage classes, so it was used a lot. The chair developed several issues and was not able to be used. This is the VERY BEST PROTECTION PLAN I've ever purchased. They were exceptional knowledgeable and so helpful to resolve this issue, especially regarding my age. Although it was a rocky start (as Square Trade wanted us to diagnose the problem with the LG French Door refrigerator before they sent a repairman by pulling out the fridge from wall and disconnecting it going through a certain procedure!) Imagine doing this by a 74 year old senior citizen! I couldn't even put my arms around the front of the refrigerator!
