The process was very simple and easy. I was able to receive the option I chose on how I wanted to receive my refund and I received it via email within 24 hours of my filling.
It is a good plan, but be ready to flight for your rights. In my case the offer me 6 different choices of earbuds replacement and 5 of those were not close to the quality and form factor of the ones been replaced. The remain alternative was a refurbished one with only 90 days of warranty. We ended on good terms, by getting a check for the amount that I paid for the buds.
