After 1 year and like 10 days my TV messed up. I had a warranty with Allstate Protection Plan through Walmart that was honored after realizing my TV could not be fixed. We discussed over phone regarding problem solving techniques and after decision was made that it could not be fixed I was informed my tv would be replaced. I just ordered the TV after approx 1 week and it was delivered today. I am VERY satisfied with their service.
The part was ordered wrong twice and still have no idea when it might come in. Starting to get disappointed.
My TV stopped working. I called Allstate. Out of the three calls, the first and third call was difficult to understand the ladies on the phone. The second call, the gentleman was very clear, after a couple of tries to fix and possibility replace the TV… the TV was unrepairable. I was surprised and pleased, I got a full refund on my TV. My extended warranty was the BEST!!
My earbuds were making a crackling sound, and I couldn't hear music out of them anymore. I was told to send them in to be fixed. I was then told that the earbuds weren't fixable and that I would be reimbursed. Outstanding company. Really appreciate them.

Not complicated and quick
My old phone stopped handling data & the date went bonkers. We tried a new battery, but the phone disintegrated. Much to my surprise, with great ease, my phone was replaced with a much better one! I am so happy!
Well when I got email to make appointment it wouldn’t let me had to call him and wait like 2 weeks just to get tv fixed not very happy about that
I was sent a phone that used to be someone else`s when I delete emails the return 2 seconds later
