Emailed Allstate, told them my problem and they quickly sent me a refund for my faulty coffeemaker
I just could not gain access to my protection plans off their website, there was something coded on page that blurred over my plans and while I could see placeholders for around 5 plans, I could not view any of them nor could I initiate a claim. The first agent calling in claimed to be setting up my claim, an email arrived asking for documents, I submitted documents and nothing progressed after a few days.
