The process was very easy. Consumer Cellular agent gave complete instructions. Allstate was very satisfactory in every way . The new phone arrived very promptly with complete instruction for returning the old phone.
My TV went on the fritz and it was about two years into a four year agreement with Allstate. I called and they had me try several different. Adjustments and none of them seem to work. They sent me an email as we had had several conversations and we’re not always able to get to the same person, but the email stated that I had a choice and to choose the replacement TV that I wanted. I chose and the next day I was notified that it was going to be delivered in a day. It was a wonderful experience.

Claim was very easy to do, but they don’t take into account inflation. We bought the exact same item and it was $30 more, plus you don’t get any credit back from the warranty purchase. So its cost is extra as well. All in all we had to spend an additional $64 to get the exact same item with an extended warranty.
