I was very adamant about what I needed in the type of replacement I needed. We couldn’t reach an agreement, but they mailed me out a check for the same amount of my TV was worth. I’m very glad I got the protection plan. They were very nice to me. They were very communicative and great. Great stuff.
My wife and I purchased the plan and ended up, needing to file a claim because our glasses scratched right in the field of vision. When we open the claim, it took a few minutes to complete a form and to get a response. We received a refund with no questions asked. we were extremely pleased with the process which was fast and easy.
