My sound system stopped playing. So I purchased another system same brand as TV. Figured it would be easy. Not, troubleshooting with TV manufacture, Roku, and then Allstate protection plan to find out that my input for HDMI /eARC was not working. The fix….a new TV and will get in 7-10 business days. So glad I purchased the extended warranty.
Vizio 75 inch tv, together with extended warranty through Allstate, bought online with Walmart 18 months ago developed dark clouds. Factory reset and other settings did not correct the issue. Allstate quickly addressed the problem and within 24 hours was prepared to send a brand new replacement Vizio. I received the new replacement tv within a week. It was brand new, and easy to set up. The insurance claim process was painless! Allstate did me right!!!
