The claims process was quite easy. A shipping label was provided to send off the watch for repair. All told, my Apple Watch was sent off, repaired and returned within 8 days. Very glad I purchased the protection plan for this item.

Excellent and easy and hassle free process with claims
It took 4 chats with Wayfair to get connected with Allstate - don't know where the communication problem began. After reporting my claim (defective Christmas tree), I got an email that it had been accepted and the tree would be replaced with shipping information emailed to me within 3 days. I got my gift card refund to purchase a new phone when I dropped it and shattered the screen.
The service was fast with no hassle so that was great, but the quality of the replacement item was a lot cheaper than what the other item was worth. At least it works!
Allstate customer service protection plans address my issue without any issues we came to a solution that was in everyone's favor and I totally stand by how great their protection plans are. Without a doubt if it is offered for a device I get the Allstate protection plans over any other one because they are so great
They are using an automated call in system which I am not a fan of. I would rather talk to a real person when I call.
