I had no issues completing a claim. Great people
It was easy to get a replacement phone the only problem I had they sent me a different phone that I have to get used to using all over again
I was having problems with my son's new ride on toy that we had just purchased for his birthday. I knew we had the added protection from Allstate. So I contacted them and they were able to resolve my issue fast and efficiently. I highly recommend Allstate for any insurance purposes.
