The experience with the representative was excellent. The picking the TV was easy enough. But I still don't have my TV, if I don't have it tomorrow by noon you will get a call.
My lenses were scratched. The coverage I purchased covered a large part of the cost of replacement lenses.
I purchased a child’s quad and after two years it began making noises in the gear box. It stopped working about two months later and made a grinding noise in the rear. I contacted Allstate and they advised me to get it repaired. I couldn’t because there was no repair shops available. They reimbursed me for the quad! I am very pleased with Allstate.

They told me to box up the camera and they would send the refund. I did it the same day and received the a check 4 days later. I’ve used them for a recliner I purchased before and it was a simple transaction as well. Great insurance!
