Filing a claim for my glasses was very computer friendly. Communication with Allstate & myself was fast and very easy. Only wished Sam's Club could help me on weekends with ordering new ones.
I call Allstate and send them pitchers of the broken item and with in a week I got a check from them !!
Anytime I buy something new. I’m gonna make sure it has this protection program. Great fast service.

Of course I expected to be able to prove I both bought it and the product was defective.. but I really thought it would be harder than it was which was a very nice surprise since I then had to deal with getting all the new stuff as well it was nice to not have to fight harder than I should have to.
