The Allstate service people are not helpful! I had to do some tests the emailed me. I’m a PHD in engineering and I could not understand for what reason these tests are. Just winning time? But nevertheless at least I got a new tv. A good service is something better!!!
I purchased this protection for my mother's Grandpad . When the Grandpad failed to charge or power up this protection plan came in very handy. The Grandpad was replaced, and Mom was happy. All I had to do was pay the $25 deductible and return the broken Grandpad. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star was that the beginning of the claims process was a bit encumbering. Initially, it was like a circus with too many calls and emails. To me, I felt like the company thought I was a liar. The last time I intended to call was when a precious lady stopped the battle. It was a blessing to talk to an understanding person. The lady who refunded my money is 100%. She is an asset to your company, but the others who think they own the company should hit the door.
Got their Square Trade insurance for dining table. Table had issues due to defect in design. Their reimbursement process was straight forward and quick

My issue was resolved in a good amount of time
My dryer became inoperable due to a PG&E voltage surge which took place on start-up after a prolonged electrical outage. Allstate sent a well selected Appliance Repair Technician for service. He worked his way thru clearing all error codes and ordering of correct replacement parts. Unfortunately, my dryer could not be repaired in a cost effective way.
