The overall experience was fast and easy. The only negative was having to provide my own box to ship item and printing off prepaid label.
When I called this company to tell them that my TV had quit, they asked for some information and then did some diagnostics on the TV. They discovered that it was broken and would not come back on. They immediately took care of the cost of the TV. They wanted to replace it but I had already gone and bought another one. So they gave me the money that I paid for it.
