I called about a broken HP computer screen. The agent took all the information he said he needed and told me to pack up the computer and a shipping label would be emailed to me. I received the mailing label as promised and look forward to receiving my repaired computer shortly.

Very few protection plans really work. After years of paying for a plan, it you have a claim, they pro-rate you and you get next to nothing. 95% are a big scam. Allstate plan does not fall into this category. We had a claim and the plan payed 100% of the value of the purchase price. The claim was handle very quickly and without any hassle. We have purchased another plan to replace the TV that we purchased for the replacement.
