Our pool pump stopped working and I was on th hook for a $88. Pump but they refunded my purchase price and now we’re getting a little bigger pool , and yes the bought he insurance because it was sure worth it .
The compressor on our 3 year old freezer went. It was going to cost more to fix it than replace it. Within a few days we had a replacement freezer on order and delivery scheduled. When the new freezer was delivered it was all set up and the old one hauled away. Allstate made a very depressing situation easier to handle. Thank You!

I was very satisfied with the work the contractor did to fix my problem. However, it took a long time to get the appointment scheduled, and it took two appointments to get the job done about a month overall to get it fixed.
They kept me posted the whole time and resolved my claim. I will definitely use them again!
