My printed quit working so I contacted Allstate on line. The information I had to send in was clear, easy to follow instructions. Allstate got back with me in a few days and I was given some options of what I could do. Once I decided the claim was completed quickly. No hassles. Thank you.
The Allstate agent said I needed to find a local repair shop, but I live in a rural area. The only shop Allstate could find within a reasonable distance would not repair an appliance unless it was purchased from them. When I told this to the agent, she immediately processed my claim and I received a check a few days later. Great service.

My item was still under warranty and the manufacturer would not replace the item. Allstate came through after contacting them and reimbursed me for the unit. Thank you!

Fast service but when I paid for insurance I thought if something happened to my phone the replacement I got would be a new one not I refurbished phone!
It was difficult at the beginning but all was resolved nicely
