Tried calling about our ice maker not making ice cubes. First contact at Allstate told us to empty out the whole refrigerator and freezer, unplug it for 24 hours, clean it and plug back in. Never asked how old the refrigerator was (3 years old) or about any other problems we might be experiencing (none).
