Extremely happy that I purchased my Allstate plan. Unfortunately shortly after purchasing my phone I dropped it and they were very helpful in my being able to get a new phone.
I had hoped for this insurance, but it turned out to be a great stroke of luck. Everyone working here seems to be the epitome of 'excellent service'. It's a service I would definitely recommend to those around me.
