I had everything prepared to show the damage and was expecting a fight to get what I was due, but you made it so easy. Very pleased with how simple and straightforward the process was.
I have dealt with other service plans in past and been woefully disappointed - this run through had me anticipating yet again the worst. My son's laptop had a bad battery - the case was bulging and he was starting to have repeated failure on boot - Allstate sent me the label, told me it would be a two day ship and about a 3 day turn around once received - I expected to not hear crickets for at minimum a week. They had the laptop in the two days stated, it was back home three days later. Repaired and working wonderfully!
Still cannot believe how easy and fast it was. Had a defective screen. Two days later had it fixed and in my hand. Would definitely use again.

I purchased a portable car c/d player last September. I made sure to get an Allstate protection plan (2yr). Sure, enough my c/d player stopped working this past August. I made a phone call and submitted a claim. In approx. 2 weeks I had a check from Allstate. Now I'm looking to purchase a new one and also get another Allstate protection plan.

If you find a replacement item and that vendor uses paypal to process the credit card payment, it will fail. This card is incompatible with vendors that use paypal.
