It was excellent. they came to evaluate the noisy refrigerator. When it was determined that they could not FIX the unit; they agreed to refund the cost of the unit. We have received the check and will decide what to do next. They said they cannot refund the price of the protection plan. We are very satisfied with the protection plan and it's conclusion.
It was Wonderful! I called and they provided me with a return shipping label, took of our product (PS5), and returned it. They answered any and all questions. One of the best customer service I have ever had.
My shark vacuum stopped working. I had paid for an additional 2 year warranty from Allstate. I contacted them. They issued a shipping label and I sent it back. Not only did they fix the problem,but they cleaned and bubble wrapped the entire vacuum and shipped it back to me. I am impressed!
So easy to go through the steps to get my item refunded. The item could not be fixed so I was refunded the value of my item. Great company and I will purchase it again for other items. Thank you.

My treadmill was still under the manufacture's warranty but the manufacture could not be located so Allstate covered most of the cost of the treadmill even though I am not sure they were legally obligated to do so.
They took care of the problem without a hassle I'm very satisfied thank you very much
