I was reimbursed the cost of grandson’s Teeltree 24 Bolt ATV. We used the Walmart emailed gift card to purchase another one for him! He is happy. The submission process, and the availability to talk to somebody on the phone, though, took me quite some time to accomplish. Other than that, it was a good experience!

I recently had to place a claim with a different company with a kitchen appliance and you were unable to speak with an actual human being. After three days I still have not heard a word about my claim. I am not happy. However, it proved to me how excellent the service is with Allstate. Thank you for your quick service and caring customer service.

Protection plan was purchased when I bought the TV at Walmart. When the TV had big problems I called to put in a claim. The agent I talked to was excellent. I don't hear well and she had to repeat her words several times, but she was very patient with me nonetheless. As it turned out this TV had a recall notice from Vizio for the problem I was experiencing so she connected me with Vizio, who refunded my entire purchase price.
