Super helpful and they came back better.
Service was quick and i think quality, all though now my laptop has a clicking in the fan..im guessing due to shipping, all i did was remove and replace screws on back access panel and the sound stopped.
I had purchased this ac almost a year ago and had no thoughts that the insurance I purchased when I purchased the item would be needed but it was and thank god I bought it you guys handled everything with ease so greatful
I wasn't happy with this protection plan since it didn't cover the broken item when I requested the coverage.
Makes it easy on customers. I appreciate the representatives knowledge of their jobs.
