The Allstate service people are not helpful! I had to do some tests the emailed me. I’m a PHD in engineering and I could not understand for what reason these tests are. Just winning time? But nevertheless at least I got a new tv. A good service is something better!!!
I purchased this protection for my mother's Grandpad . When the Grandpad failed to charge or power up this protection plan came in very handy. The Grandpad was replaced, and Mom was happy. All I had to do was pay the $25 deductible and return the broken Grandpad. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star was that the beginning of the claims process was a bit encumbering. Initially, it was like a circus with too many calls and emails. To me, I felt like the company thought I was a liar. The last time I intended to call was when a precious lady stopped the battle. It was a blessing to talk to an understanding person. The lady who refunded my money is 100%. She is an asset to your company, but the others who think they own the company should hit the door.
