I'm very satisfied so far with the insurance policy for my phone.
I had a fairly good experience this time around (2nd claim in last one-year period!), this time with a new "failed ice maker" issue. The customer service rep was both friendly and professional in dealing with me on the phone. I could not have asked for a better experience. My glasses got ripped off my face by dog at the dog park. Needless to say by the time I got them back they were history. Thanks to this insurance I was able to get another pair of glasses. Thank you very much.
