From instructions to needed items, everything was clear and concise.
I had my tv for almost 3yrs to the month, and my tv went out on me, and sure enough the protection plan honored its agreement and I received the full price of the tv back and was able to use that cash to buy a new tv.

I have had All state protection plan for the last few years and had to exercise the right to get my electronics repaired or replaced more than one time. Inspite of difficulty in indirect online correspondence and communication mechanism, the ultimate goal of getting proper attention was achieved in every attempt. The procedure is time consuming but rewarding and fruitful. Happy that both parties were satisfied with the outcomes.
My wearable fitness tracker was not holding a battery charge. I contacted Allstate and they promptly sent me a shipping label to send it to their service center. After determining, they were unable to fix the device. A brand new one showed up in the mail, one day and solved my problem!
