They sent a shipping label. Fixed it within 2 days and then shipped it back. The side button was stuck. They replaced the entire bottom and the button works like new again.

I ordered my new glasses the next day! I highly recommend purchasing the insurance it saved me $386.00 just saying. I put the insurance on my new glasses!
