My sons glasses were broken during a volleyball game at school. Allstate Protection plan replaced the glass at cost.
Staff on the phone were helpful. Once received for assessment repair I was notified my laptop had arrived. There was one follow up message that it had not but after I sent an email that was cleared up. The repair took some time but my laptop seems to be working now. Note that FedEx did not try to get a signature and the packaged laptop was left on our front porch outside an unlocked but closed vestibule. That is only a complaint for FedEx not Allstate.

This is the second time I have had to use All State Protection for my EZ Scooter. They have always quickly responded to my claim and approved the repairs. Once I had the worked done and submitted the receipts they quickly sent me a reimbursement check. I wish all protection plans were this quick and easy.
The whole process went smoothly, I had one hiccup but it was easy to overcome.
