My son filed his claim around 10pm Friday night. They approved his claim and told us to take it to Batteries Plus for the repairs.. I showed them the claim on my phone. They took good care of me and fixed the phone within 2 hours.. Excellent Service!!

Allstate Protection Plans is a great investment. I had two appliances suddenly stop working, I placed a claims, provided requested documentation and a replacement or gift card was sent. I always purchase their plans. I do wish I could consolidate all my plans into one and get a discounted rate as well. Maybe Allstate will consider this request once they read this post. It is worth the purchase price though.
