When I had called up, they tried to resolve the matter and they couldn’t replace it so they refunded the money in a timely matter, and it was hasslefree very pleased with the service
Washing machine control board I purchased last year failed . Submitted claim to Allstate as per my warranty instructions. Entire process was handled quickly and I received my claim check in less than two weeks. Will purchase additional policies from Allstate in the future
