Yeah, first I was skeptical about getting the Allstate warranty, but it worked out. After one return and then not being satisfied reached back out and the Rep took care of us. When my TV went out, the agent followed up a quick test on my troubleshooting efforts annd ordered necessary parts based on her diagnosis of the problem. The parts were delivered overnight as promised and the technician installed the parts correcting the problem as scheduled. Excellent response.
I called about a broken remote control. The man I spoke with was great. He made his offer, I accepted and had my check in under a week. Great way to do business.
