We purchased a Keurig a year and a half ago and I threw in the protection plan almost as an afterthought. I'd forgotten about it. Well, our Keurig went kaput and I was starting to look into getting a new one, when my mom asked if I had the protection plan for it. I did! Through the protection plan, I was able to get a brand new Keurig, actually a slightly upgraded version, at no cost to us!
