Spent $300 on Bose Earbuds and $12 on the Allstate Protection Plans Square Trade. Earbuds Stopped working on the Left Side in less than 3 years and I called Square Trade and. I had a Check for Replacement immediately. Couldn't have Been Handled ANY BETTER. Best $12 I Ever Spent. Seriously, I'm Stoked at 64. Peace

I was treated kindly and efficiently. I was given all of the information needed to return the device for repair. I was notified of each step the device was entering and the time frame of each step. When notified that the device was fixed and shipped back to me it was one week. My device looked new and works great.
