I bought the extra insurance from Walmart. Screen broke when dropped. Went online filled out forms and sent it back to Allstate Was returned in less than 2 weeks fully repaired like brand new!

Basically, Allstate saved the day. I had a dud of a GE Cafe refrigerator, that was impossible to fix - Allstate came to the rescue and sent me a check for a new device! Definitely getting a plan from them again, and recommend others do the same!
