Usually when we buy insurance we know from experience that should we have to file a claim, we can expect a hassle. Sometimes the hassle is major; sometimes minor. However in this situation it was a NO HASSLE situation !!
My experience with Allstate was exceptional! I had a credit within hours of when my laptop battery died. Excellent service from both people I talked to.
We got my son a xbox series elite controller for his birthday last year and it fell off his desk and got damaged allstate protection plan paid for the controller to be sent in and fixed it was back to us fixed in a week. I was very impressed with the time it took to fix and send back. We always get protection plans from them an have never had any problems.
Quick and fast repair. Will take my phone here next time if I have anymore problems
I had no problem with my repair. My vacuum part was returned to me in just over a week. So far it seems to be working fine.
