The warranty covered my purchase. Square Trade told me I would receive a gift card in the amount of $359. I haven’t received it yet.
Our experience was good. But one thing I didn’t like is how the laptop’s original box it came with hadn’t returned to me.
I always have a great experience with Allstate protection plans.
My TV I purchased died after a few years. I was thankful I had the "Extended Warranty". Even though there is a process you must go through for the insurance reimbursement, it was fairly quick. My one complaint was that they lost my submission of required paperwork and pictures of the TV and after 5 business days I was forced to resubmit. They quickly resolved it and within a couple of days they replaced my broken TV. I would recommend it to anyone buying a "Big Ticket Item".
I received excellent service from start to finish!
They troubleshooted my problem via telephone first, then determined it was approved for repair. Once I was able to obtain a suitable shipping container my issue was fixed and returned to me within a few days. Glad I purchased the protection plan.
Person was very helpful and the phone arrived quickly
knowing it is there makes you feel like it is much safer
I had no overall issues it was easy to communicate what was going on and get an answer from your team very satisfied
