Claim handled quickly once I got through the initial steps. Initial process is a bit cumbersome because you have to start the claim online. Then call. Then answer same questions about 3 times before you get to a representative.
TV broke with in a month of our warrantee expiring! Allstate staff responded to my online claim quickly and with in 3 days I had a comparable TV at my door step! Coverage was well worth the cost!

I have heard bad reviews about other insurance companies, but I had a good feeling about All-State. My hunch paid off, I have nothing bad to say about All-State. I had a problem, I did a request over the internet and all was good. They took care of my problem without any incident. Because it was All-State I went and purchased some other electronics and had it insured with All-State. Excellent Insurance company
Bought electric scooters in December from Walmart.It was just past there 90 days and I had to exchange or return them.Cause they were defective, they could not find the manufacturer.So I called Allstate and they said even though it's not a year.Over they went ahead and honored my coverage.
I've purchased many many of these type of product insurance plans. For a change I actually used it for my expensive mower that quit performing, and it actually paid off. My only complaint is that it was a little difficult to understand some of the people on the phone, due to the cutting cost of capitalistic for-profit insurance companies outsourcing to other countries.
Our TV was showing a large purple spot just weeks before warranty expiration. I filed a claim and just needed to upload the receipt and some photos (after trying a couple of troubleshooting suggestions). I was offered a choice between two models for replacement. I was advised it would take 7 - 10 days but it arrived in 2 days. It was a positive claim experience!

The claim was great I got $102 gift card got a new PC for $274 I'm still waiting for the remaining cost for all state for coverage for that Total amount instead of a check for $12.53 . But I'm ok for now
