I bought the extra insurance from Walmart. Screen broke when dropped. Went online filled out forms and sent it back to Allstate Was returned in less than 2 weeks fully repaired like brand new!

I think the receipt should be asked for at the start of the warranty not 2 years later when you need it and it's completely faded
