My item was not able to be repaired, a check covering my original investment was immediately mailed to me.
My screen broke when my phone fell out of my jacket pocket unexpectedly. I filed the claim online, uploaded my receipt from the purchase of my phone, all on a Sunday. On Monday, I called the preferred repair shop near me, and he had received the order via email. He was super helpful, ordered the part, and phone was repaired. I paid my $60 deductible. That's all. Grateful I had this plan in place.

I was a little disappointed my earbuds couldn’t be fixed but I was reimbursed with a Walmart e-gift card.
Once I had the information that Allstate required to file my claim application, the process was actually quick and seamless. I started by calling Grandpad support and Consumer Cellular using a landline phone. That was a bit frustrating. All is well so far. Thank you for your help!
