I had a claim and when I called in I was well received with a friendly voice that helped process my claim. My reimbursement arrived within 3 days. I am very happy I have coverage on my cell phone with a very reputable company!
Had to return a sound bar and remote for repair. The only cost I had was boxing the sound bar up for mailing. Otherwise, everything was handled promptly and efficiently and the repaired item was returned quickly.
Had an issue with a mixer I purchased I sent it in to determine if it could be fixed and it was unable to be fixed so I was issued refund and I was informed every step of the way. Great Service
