It was easy to initiate the claim. And less than 24 hrs after I submitted the receipt I am reimbursed.
Although my phone was smashed to the point of no fixing it, I was still told to find a certified samsung repair shop.... it would have been much easier if i could have just sent pictures. But when i finally got things satisfactory and needed a new shipping label to send the phone to them that was not a problem. This claim has taken way too long!
