I had a vacuum I returned it due to problems with it and they refunded my money fast!
When the chair broke, I had forgotten that I had gotten the Allstate plan. When I called, they got the ball rolling and I was refunded. If I were to buy another item that asked for this protection, I would do it 100% again.
I had to get a remote replaced for a surround sound home theater and they assisted me they took care of the problem and it was all handled within probably 2 weeks I'm very pleased with their service and how fast they worked on my problem
