Very fast response....will buy protection plan again....good company....
They were quick and efficient but they didn't reimburse enough to purchase another phone. So it defeats the purpose of buying insurance in my opinion.
After my wife's Apple Watch was damaged beyond repair everything went smoothly for the return and receiving a check back.
Customer service agent was very helpful and explained everything to me and made sure we understood each other

Allstate Protection Plan was up to the task. I rarely take extended insurance. Thank goodness I did this time. They fixed my computer problem without question and in a professional manner. Kudos to them.
