Had a sound system go south, after a couple years, finally quit working. Was completely fine sending it in to get it fixed, they looked at it and said they couldn’t repair it they were quick and helpful..!!
I sent in my phone and I'm still waiting for the money... everything else was very easy tho

I've been back 4 times getting things set up on the new phone. It so different from my old phone. It didn't load everything the first time. Need to go back again because the alarm won't go off.
