It was so easy, and the gift card came so fast.
I am somewhat satisfied because I was reimbursed. However, I was initially told a replacement of the same item would be sent to me and that did not happen, which is what I would have preferred. It took a little back and forth between emails, but I received reimbursement in the form of CC.
