Once I made the claim it did not take long about 7 days in determining that machine could not be fixed and then less than a week until I received a full refund every penny I paid for the machine. Thank you Square Trade for your kind assistance. Bill
Turn around time on getting my computer fixed and back to me was was great
I called Allstate to lodge a claim for a dryer malfunction. Allstate set up a repairman for the appliance, however the repair outlet changed the date but did come and make a repair. The very next day I found my dryer no longer working so I called the repair shop that was at my home the day before. I informed them my dryer was not working again and asked for them to come and repair it. They told me they could not get to me before the end of February which at the time would have been 16 days! Filing of claim, free to choose my own repair company, and a very fast reimbursement for repair expenditures. What's not to like? This is one of the best and fair insurance policies out there. When offered, jump on it! You won't be sorry.
