After just one call my issue was taken care of. I received my new phone in matter of just a few days. Don't care for the phone but the insurance did their job.

I had trouble trying to get my daughter's tablet replaced and I was given the run around with Walmart. So I called Allstate and the rep was so helpful after I told him my issue and was about to get my claim approved and reimbursed for the tablet. My daughter has another tablet now that's working well. Thanks for all your help.

I had difficulty with the front wheels operating properly on my lightweight stroller. I had an extended warranty with Allstate through WalMart. The supervisor listened to my issues and compensated me as per the warranty.
Good. Site could have been Lil better but over all I'm happy. I definitely would purchase another plan when I have the opportunity to.
PS5 since purchase had trouble running PS5 games. Waited a few years. Sent unit in. Fixed in 3 hours. Returned back in 7 days. Works great!!! Thank you.
