Good. Site could have been Lil better but over all I'm happy. I definitely would purchase another plan when I have the opportunity to.
PS5 since purchase had trouble running PS5 games. Waited a few years. Sent unit in. Fixed in 3 hours. Returned back in 7 days. Works great!!! Thank you.

The process was simple and quick.
My iPad, which I bought on eBay that came with a 1 Year Warrantee, ceased to function/black screen. Allstate sent me a shipping label and was able to repair it relatively quickly. I was very pleased. When I received it back, the screen was now cracked - I imagine due to being packaged poorly. I thought I would have to file a claim with the shipper, but to my surprise Allstate sent me another shipping label, replaced the screen and sent it back to me again. It is working great so far.
I sent my dvr in and I guess it was not fixable so they refunded my money. I am very happy with the way they handled my claim.
I don't like doing things on-line, I prefer real people to talk to, but it was fast and easy to apply online and got the response very quickly. Will recommend.
