When I needed my appliance the most. It did not work properly. When I called the protection plan, was able to be reimbursed.
15 minutes online and the issue was resolved.
Alway thought these product insurance policy were just a scam. When we bought two expensive outdoor rugs I put it to the test. Ended up filing a claim on both due to mildew and discoloration and was pleasantly pleased with the easy, fast and no hassle clain process! Received the checks within a week of filing!
