So i made a claim for my remote controller for ps4. It wasnt working anymore when i would move the left stick. I sent it in to get repaired and i was skeptical for sure. I didnt know if they would actually fix it. The service was fast. I got my remote not even a week after and im so glad i had the insurance because they did fix it. I saved 70 dollars. They were very fast with responding and was very easy to work with! They couldn’t replace my son’s headphones but issued a Gift card for the price I paid for the headphones from Walmart. I highly recommend purchasing the $4.00 2 year warranty with your purchase.
