I purchased a Garmin smart watch and 2 years Allstate coverage came with the purchase. About 6 months into it, the watch face went blank and I activated a coverage claim. Communications with Allstate were very prompt and clear. A mailing label was sent and the watch sent in for possible repair. Again, communications were good with Allstate letting me know when it was received and then letting me know that the watch could not be repaired and they were sending me a check.
