I have a snowblower that I purchased 3yrs ago, had broken down and the manufactures warranty had expired. With the Allstate protection plan I purchased, I was able to have the machine repaired at a shop of my choosing with no cost to me.
I filled and it was taken care of
I contacted the service plan because my product stopped working they offered a replacement or a refund.

It was great except that you wanted me to give a copy of the receipt. Now I bought the insurance so you should have on record what I bought. Fortunately I have a Walmart account and was able to retrieve my receipt otherwise I would not have been able to file my claim. Seriously who keeps receipts for 2 years!!
It was quick and easy they took care of the problem
So thankful we got the extended warranty. No hassle on making claim, shipping was easy, repair and return a quick turnaround. Best service ever.
I got a reply within minutes, it was only after I got the roborock vacuum back was I was told what they had done. They didn't repair it at all, they replaced the large brush and filter. It still didn't run properly.
