Had a carport canopy fail due to a faulty seam one year after purchase; and a few months after the manufacturers warranty expired (of course). Bought a Ice maker for our wedding anniversary. It broke and the wife was extremely sad. Tried to replace it with Amazon and they said to contact manufacturer for their warranty cause it was over their return window. We tried contacting the Manufacturer for there year warranty.
