Very efficient and representative did what was expected. Made it easy.
My computer battery would not keep a charge and it was very easy to submit a claim under the warranty. I received it back in a timely manner and it has been working correctly ever since.
Did everything online. Sent in my tablet, they fixed it and sent it back. I forgot to give my postcode so they factory reset it but that was my mistake . But all is well . I'll always get the protection. Thanx.

Chris Morris of Mr Fixit Home Solutions, was the TV repair technician who came to my home and he was awesome. He was on time, easy to communicate with, thoughtful, was sharp at trouble shooting and knowledgable. He fixed the problem. I was not just relieved and satisfied with having a functioning TV again, I was delighted with the quality of human to had come to do the repair. Put a smile on my face.

I called and talked to the tech and he was unable to fix my tv issue. He had my refund turned in and after I signed the affidavit the very next day I had my funds and I ordered a new tv!
