Bought Allstate insurance for my glasses when I bought them almost two years ago at Sam's Club. I an rough on the lens and even fell a couple of times. Filing a claim was fast and easy and in two days I had my issue resolved.

I realized the back cover of my phone was swollen. I called Consumer Cellular and they told me I'd been paying $4 a month for replacement insurance, gave me the number and my contract # and sent me on my way, I had no problem with the insurance people EXCEPT the assistance that I COULD take it to be repaired. I'm a senior, I don't drive and I told the person with whom I was dealing exactly that. Finally they said they'd send me a replacement phone.
