This was the first time we have used our insurance. My son had a game electronics piece that the wiring had broken while in use. We sent it in and in a short turnaround time we received a new one. He is happy and putting it to good use.
Being 80 years old I have two phones for my serenity. When two phones crashed at same time, I was rewarded with free replacements. I felt very deprived during transition period till phones were both operational. Thank you for your exceptional customer service. Nancy K Davis
