My experience was fast, easy and simple. My dryer couldn't be fixed so a gift card for a new one was issued to me promptly within just a few days. I had my new dryer within a week. I repurchased the same protection plan on my new dryer. Extremely satisfied.
Quick service and even faster turn around.
I purchased an extended warranty for a dehumidifier. It was the second dehumidifier I had purchased, both with extended warranties. I had to collect on the first dehumidifier because it only lasted two summers, (we live in Iowa so only used in the summer). I purchased the same brand again and it only lasted a little over one summer. I collected on it also, which went seamlessly. I'm so thankful I purchased the extended warranties for both. What I won't do is purchase another Midea dehumidifier.
